Designing an adoption path around the organization.

DevOps adoption fails when a tool is treated as the strategy. My role is to make the existing delivery system visible, surface the constraints, and design a path the organization can operate.

Challenge

Multiple teams, existing tools, security obligations, and release processes had to become one coherent delivery model.

Approach

Discovery and design workshops covering Git flow, pipeline standards, security integration, artifact lifecycle, deployment, and recovery.

Contribution

Connected presales, architecture, facilitation, and implementation support instead of handing off a diagram and leaving.

Semiconductor engineering · Operations automation

Connecting the systems around EDA operations.

Engineering productivity depends on the operational systems around the tools: monitoring, identity, assets, jobs, and the path from an alert to an owner.

Challenge

Linux-heavy EDA services relied on multiple monitoring and operational systems with repetitive handoffs.

Approach

Connected alerts to Jira and chat, created API-based inventory and account workflows, and centralized recurring jobs in Jenkins.

Contribution

Combined daily operations knowledge with small, maintainable automations that made the environment easier to run.

Platform development · Monitoring

Building a monitoring product and its delivery system together.

ServiceDJ combined monitoring software development with the platform required to build, package, and ship it consistently.

Challenge

The product needed monitoring logic, a container architecture, repeatable delivery, and a clear operational model.

Approach

Developed automation with Bash and Python, designed the Docker architecture, and established CI/CD workflows.

Contribution

Worked across software, infrastructure, ELK architecture, and project coordination to keep the system cohesive.
