About

I like systems that people can explain.

I’m Criz, a Taipei-based DevOps consultant and platform engineer. I enjoy working where delivery architecture, infrastructure, automation, and the way teams collaborate all meet.

My story

The path from machines to operating models.

I started by provisioning servers, troubleshooting Linux, and building virtualization and storage systems. That work taught me that reliability begins with understanding what happens below the abstraction.

I moved into platform development and automation, where Bash, Python, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, and infrastructure design became parts of the same problem. Later, in semiconductor engineering, I focused on connecting operational systems around a large Linux and EDA environment.

Today I work with clients on DevOps adoption. The technical work is still essential, but the harder question is usually how people, process, security, and tools become an operating system the organization can sustain.

What I value

Useful over impressive.

01

Context before prescription

A familiar tool is not automatically the right answer for a new team.

02

Architecture that reaches production

A design earns its value when people can implement, operate, and evolve it.

03

Share what becomes clear

Teaching and workshops sharpen ideas and make technical change less mysterious.

Speaking

Learning in public.

Workshops and talks help me turn implementation experience into ideas other teams can use.

Credentials

Cross-stack by design.
